Tip: configure STRIPE_SECRET_KEY_TEST, STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY_TEST,
STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET_TEST and the matching _LIVE trio in
.env to enable both modes simultaneously. Single-mode deploys can keep using
the legacy STRIPE_SECRET_KEY / STRIPE_PUBLISHABLE_KEY /
STRIPE_WEBHOOK_SECRET trio — those are auto-detected for whichever mode their
prefix matches.
